VW ID3 Diagnostic Report
The vehicle presented with the VW ID3 hv warning light and inability to enter Ready mode or charge. A fault-code scan revealed U011200 (battery energy management no communication) and P0A0B (high voltage system pilot line implausible signal) as the leading codes. Our diagnostics then identified the J840 battery regulation module inside the HV battery pack and the pyrotechnic fuse SX-7 as fault components. The high-voltage battery pack was removed for further inspection to access these modules.
