Initial diagnostic checks indicated an HV battery deterioration fault, with a measured pack delta which was outside of acceptable levels, and displaying clear Cell Module imbalance. The HV battery was then replaced and the HV-related faults were cleared, but the vehicle still would not enter high-voltage mode. Further investigation identified a secondary 12V battery issue that was preventing the system from fully clearing related faults and operating correctly.

First, the HV battery was replaced to address the deterioration/imbalance reported by the vehicle.
