Porsche Taycan Diagnostic Report
Initially, the vehicle was inspected following identification of minor underside damage to the HV battery casing. Subsequently, the HV battery was dropped and stripped to confirm whether any internal damage was present. Further investigation confirmed no internal damage, as the dent was located in an empty cavity within the casing.
Porsche Taycan Repairs
The HV battery casing dent was repaired to restore appearance and integrity. The HV battery was then re-commissioned following inspection and casing repair.
- Dropped and stripped the HV battery to assess internal condition
- Confirmed no internal cell/module damage due to dent location
- Repaired casing dent so it was no longer visible
- Re-commissioned the HV battery and completed post-repair checks

The vehicle was returned with the HV battery casing repaired and the HV battery safely re-commissioned following inspection.
