BMW i3 dashboard errors

Mini Countryman Diagnostic Report

In this case, the Mini Countryman presented with an HV warning light and an inability to charge or enter ready mode. A full fault-code scan was carried out which identified codes 21F125 and 21F136 pointing to over- and undervoltage conditions in cell-block supervision circuit 4 of the high-voltage battery pack. Further inspection of the pack – after safe isolation of the HV system – revealed the fault lay at the Cell Supervision Circuit (CSC) module associated with that cell block.

Mini Countryman Repairs

The repair path involved removing the high-voltage battery pack, gaining access to the battery cells, and replacing the faulty CSC module on cell-block 4. After replacement, the pack was re-assembled, HV system integrity checked (including cabling and insulation), the module programmed to the vehicle, and an End-Of-Service (EOS) test completed to ensure no leaks and correct function.

Resolution

Following the repair, the Mini Countryman HV warning light issue was resolved. The warning light was cleared, the vehicle entered ready mode normally again, full electric-drive functionality was restored, and the car was returned to the customer in reliable working condition.
