Jaguar I-Pace Diagnostic Report
First, we confirmed the customer’s concern regarding the “performance reduced” warning message and retrieved the stored fault codes linked to the front drive motor temperature‑sensing circuit.
Next, we removed the front subframe to gain access to the front drive motor. During the inspection, we identified that the issue originated from the wiring loom rather than the drive motor itself.

- Front subframe was removed to allow access and visual inspection
- A fault was confirmed in the front drive motor wiring loom
Jaguar I-Pace Repairs
First, the front end was stripped and the front subframe removed to access the front drive motor and associated harness. Next, the faulty section of the wiring loom was removed for repair and the damaged terminals were rectified.
Finally, the loom was secured back in place, the vehicle was reassembled, and fault codes were cleared.
