Porsche Taycan Diagnostic Report

In this job, the vehicle presented with the condition of electric Porsche Taycan not starting following a crash. The diagnostic workflow included full control-module scan (revealing over 100 fault codes), global clear, then focus on the Battery Management System (BMS) codes. Subsequent inspection covered under-tray removal, high-voltage wiring/insulation tests, HV battery pack integrity checks, and pyrofuse inspection. The pre-charge circuit and contactor faults were found (codes P0AD900, P0ADD00, P0AE00). Suspension alignment/calibration then allowed clearing of rotor-sensor code P171900. After system initialisation and road test, the fault cleared.
