Jaguar I-Pace Diagnostic Report

In this case, the customer’s I-Pace presented with the fault of not charging: although plugged in, the vehicle would not accept a charge. Our diagnostics began with a fault-code scan, which returned code P0A0-13 (HV interlock circuit open). Further inspection of HV connections found that the left front high-voltage outlet connector had a damaged or pushed-back pin, preventing proper contact with the EPIC harness. To resolve this, the high-voltage battery pack was removed and the connector assembly replaced.

Jaguar I-Pace Repairs

Repair work included removing the high-voltage battery pack from the vehicle, opening the pack housing, replacing the faulty high-voltage outlet connector, resealing the battery pack, refitting it, bleeding the cooling system and verifying charge and drive readiness.

Resolution

Following the repair, the Jaguar I-Pace not charging issue was resolved. The vehicle accepted charge again, the charge-port fault cleared, and all systems verified. The car was returned to the customer with full charging and drive functionality restored.
