BMW iX2 Diagnostic Report
Initially, stored faults and vehicle history indicated the high-voltage safety system had triggered following a collision event. Subsequently, we carried out checks to confirm the crash-related safety devices had activated as designed and that there were no additional underlying faults that required repair prior to recommissioning.

BMW iX2 Repairs
Once the vehicle checks were complete, we followed BMW dealer-tool guided procedures to restore the HV system to service. During the repair we also identified damaged coolant pipes, which were repaired in line with manufacturer procedures. A BMW programming session was then run as part of the post-repair procedures.
- Completed BMW dealer-tool guided crash/HV safety restore procedure.
- Replaced required pyrotechnic safety devices.
- Repaired damaged coolant pipes to manufacturer procedures.
- Recommissioned and reinstalled the HV battery.
- Ran BMW programming session and completed post-repair checks.

Resolution
The vehicle was returned with the HV system correctly recommissioned and operating as expected.
Following the repair:
- Vehicle starts normally.
- HV system is online.
- Post-repair procedures completed (including BMW programming session).
