Renault Zoe Diagnostic Report

In this case the vehicle arrived with the complaint Renault Zoe not charging. Charging infrastructure was tested and confirmed OK. Fault-code scan revealed codes 0440F2, DTC066864 and DTC006631B, pointing to an internal ground/insulation fault. Further testing of socket pin-outs and wiring found an unacceptable mains-ground resistance reading, preventing charge initiation safely.

Renault Zoe Repairs

Repair work involved isolating the high-voltage circuit, replacing the charge-socket assembly, rectifying earth/ground bonding issues, clearing insulation faults, and verifying that the insulation resistance returned to a safe, acceptable level before re-commissioning the vehicle for charge.

Resolution

After the repair, the Renault Zoe not charging fault was resolved. The red flashing indicator cleared, the vehicle accepted charge normally, the warning message ceased, and the car was returned to the customer in full working order.
