Stage 1: Initial investigation

Stage 2: High Voltage Battery Removal
We carefully remove the high-voltage battery pack from the vehicle and safely detach the casing panels to expose the internal components. This allows our technicians to carry out a detailed inspection and accurately pinpoint the exact location and nature of the fault within the battery system.
Stage 3: Battery State of Health
At this stage we remove all modules from your Tesla battery and measure the capacity to give you an exchange costing.
Stage 4: Battery Insulation Testing
Once the replacement battery has been received, we conduct a series of pre-installation tests including insulation resistance checks, pressure testing, cooling system evaluation, and cell voltage analysis. These procedures ensure the battery meets performance and safety standards before being fitted to the vehicle.
Stage 5: Battery Reprogramming
The exchange battery is installed into the vehicle, followed by bleeding the cooling system and refitting all associated components. Once securely in place, we carry out the necessary programming and system resets to ensure full integration and optimal performance.
Stage 6: Final Checks
Finally, we fully charge the newly installed battery and perform comprehensive testing to verify correct operation. This ensures the high-voltage battery is functioning as intended and that all previously identified faults have been successfully resolved.
